    • Many of our planners are also available in digital and printable formats—perfect for planning on the go!

  • What happens if an item is sold out?

    • If an item is sold out in our shop, it will be unavailable for purchase and cannot be added to your cart. Popular items may be restocked, so we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page or joining our email list to be the first to know when it's available again. Please note that some items—especially limited-edition products—may not be restocked once they’re gone.

  • I can’t find my downloads

    • We are so sorry you are having an issue locating that!  Many times email providers filter them into odd folders.  Please search your junk/trash/promotions folder for an email fromshop@passionatepennypincher.com.  If you still cannot locate it, please send us an email to that address and we will be happy to resend that.

  • I’m having an issue with digital planner.

    • We have this great video that walks you through downloading that file that you can findhere.

Ordering

  • Can I change my order? 

    • We apologize, but in most cases we cannot make changes.  Our shipping team works very fast and often it is just too late.  For your safety and security, we definitely cannot add anything to your order.  You will need to place a new order for additional items.

  • Where can I find information about rewards?

  • Discount Codes

    • Current information on discount codes and where to add coupon codes in checkout can be foundhere.

  • Can I buy this as a gift for someone?

    • Yes!  You can have it either shipped to you so that you can personally deliver.  Or,  you can change the shipping to their address and we will ship it directly to them.   Please send us an email toshop@passionatepennypincher.com and we will be happy to send your giftee all the bonuses as well.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • What payment methods are available?

  • I entered my address wrong when I placed my order. How do I update it now?

    • Our goal is to ship out products to all customers as quickly as possible. Due to this, it may not be possible for any changes to be made to an order which includes the address. Please reach out to us atshop@passionatepennypincher.com and our customer service team will see if they are able to catch yours and make a change.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • We ship internationally, but please note that this does not qualify for free shipping. As a small business, we simply cannot absorb those costs. I assure you that while the costs may seem high, we only pass along exactly what we are charged. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any customary duties and fees, which may arrive as a bill from the shipping company after the package is delivered.

    • We recently began offering our items on Amazon in hopes of alleviating those high shipping rates. Due to their agreements with shipping companies, Amazon can provide a much better rate, which might be a more suitable option for you.

  • Where is shipping information?

  • My package appears to be lost what do I do now?

    • Oh no!  We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.  There are sometimes mistakes that are made on the delivery side - either they are marked incorrectly and will still be delivered, or  it was accidentally delivered to a neighboring home.  Please send us an email atshop@passionatepennypincher.com so that we can put you on our trouble list and will check back with you to see if it has shown up.
