This page outlines shipment options as well as details regarding orders when they ship.
Order Processing
Our shipping team works fast to fulfill all orders. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to orders after they have been placed. Our order processing time of 7-10 business days excludes weekends and holidays.
All shipping labels are printed quickly to prepare your order in the queue for picking and packaging. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation that will have the tracking information as well.
Due to the high volume of packages that our shipping carriers are handling (especially during holidays), tracking updates and deliveries may be delayed. All orders are processed in the order that they are received.
Once a package is shipped, our Customer Success Team doesn’t have any information beyond what is shown on the carrier tracking.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while the carrier works to get your order delivered!
U.S. Ground Shipping
The deadline to have items shipped via US Ground Shipping to be received by Christmas (Including free shipping on orders of $50 or more) is December 11, 2024. If you are concerned about receiving your shipment in a timely manner, please upgrade to one of the other expedited shipping options available. Unfortunately, when an order has left our warehouse, it is in the carrier's possession. We cannot reship orders that appear to be delayed while it is still in transit.
We utilize FedEx SmartPost (USPS) which generally takes 5-8 business days to receive.
For all orders below $50, shipping will be a flat rate on all orders.
For all orders of $50 or more (not including gift cards), customers receive FREE ground shipping.
USPS Priority Mail
To receive orders in 3 business days, customers spending $50 or more can select this option at checkout for an additional fee. This 3-day shipping does not include our order processing estimate.
Priority Mail delivery time is currently taking more than 3 business days. Unfortunately this is not something we can control since final delivery is taking longer for some USPS locations.
2-Day Priority
To receive orders in 2 business days, this option is available at checkout for an additional cost. This 2-day shipping does not include our order processing estimate.
We utilize FedEx or USPS in most cases to ship this option.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to several countries via USPS. Please select this option at checkout.
Customers will be responsible for any tariff or duty payments required for any order once it reaches the destination country. Any shipments refused are subject to duties/fees deducted from refund total.
