Earn Points for Each Purchase!

The PPP Perks program launched in September 2021 to reward our customers for their support and loyalty. Points can be redeemed for coupons to use on anything in the PPP Shop! 

To participate in the PPP Perks program, please create an account or login to your existing account. Once logged in, you can click on the Rewards button located at the bottom left of your device.

Points can be redeemed in 500-point increments; $5 = 500 points, $10 = 1,000 points, etc. Scroll down to see how easy it is to redeem your points.

Ways to Earn Points

• Earn 5 points for every $1 spent in the PPP Shop.
• Earn 500 points as a birthday gift from us.
• Earn $5 reward code for each friend you refer to the PPP Shop and when that friend places an order of $10 or more. 
• Earn 100 points for leaving an honest product review on any product that you have purchased.
• Earn 50 points for liking the PPP Facebook page.
• Earn 50 points for following PPP on Instagram.
• Earn 50 points for following PPP on Twitter.
• Earn 50 points for sharing the PPP shop with friends on Facebook.
• Earn 50 points for sharing the PPP shop with friends on Twitter.

How to Earn Points Immediately

Once you're logged into your account, inside the PPP Perks popup click click on the "Ways to earn" section and get started! You will begin to earn points for every purchase when the program was created.

To participate in the PPP Perks program, please create an account or login to your existing account. When you are logged into your account you will find the referral link at the bottom of the PPP Perks popup box.

Note: if you do not remember your account password, click forgot password to reset your password on the login page. Use the last email address that you placed an order. This will be the same email address that you currently receive PPP emails.

If you get an error message saying email cannot be found that means an account hasn't been created with that email address. Please create a PPP Shop account.

Redeeming Rewards

Points can be redeemed in 500-point increments; $5 = 500 points, $10 = 1,000 points, etc.

Once you have enough points to redeem, click on the Redeem button. From here, you can adjust the points up or down which will adjust the discount coupon value. 

Using Rewards Codes

This code can be used during the checkout process in the "Gift card or discount code" section. The rewards code is delivered and redeemed as a discount code. Due to this system limitation, the rewards code cannot be used with other discount codes or with any bundle purchases.

FAQ's

Will my previous purchases be eligible for points?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, all purchases made from the date and time the rewards program was installed on the PPP Shop will be eligible.

Will I earn points for a gift card purchase?

Points are issued when the gift card is used to make a purchase, not when the gift card is initially purchased. Please note that this is done to prevent points from being awarded twice during the gift card purchase process.

Why does the reward discount not work with the coupon code?

The reward discount is considered a discount code. Our system is limited to only allow one coupon code during checkout.

Why is the reward discount not working on my bundle purchase?

The bundles are discounted using a discount code. Unfortunately due to this, the reward discount code cannot also be used in this transaction.

Am I able to use 2 reward codes on a single purchase?

No. All of the rewards (referral and points redeemed for a reward) are considered a discount code. Our system is limited to only allow one reward code during checkout.

What do I do if I forgot to use my reward on my purchase?

At this time, we are unable to offer a refund or credit when a reward code has not been redeemed at the time of purchase.

Can I add the rewards points from another person's purchase onto my account?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot merge rewards accounts or add points from other purchases to another rewards account.

Where do I add my birthday?

Login to your PPP Shop account.

• Click on the Ways to earn section in the PPP Perks popup box. 
• Click the Edit Date button next to "Happy Birthday." 
• Enter the date.

Now wait for your happy birthday gift from us on your birthday! 

Why are my birthday points not showing up in my account?

Your birthday points are added on your birthday as a gift from us. It must be added 30 days before your birthday to be eligible and cannot be changed once your first birthday reward is issued.

I have 2 rewards accounts. Can I combine them?

Unfortunately, we are unable to merge or combine accounts at this time. 

Can I cancel my rewards code? I don't want to use it now and would like to accumulate the rewards instead.

Once the points have been used or exchanged for a rewards code we cannot cancel or reverse codes.
