Cash in your points:

Points can be redeemed in 500-point increments; $5 = 500 points, $10 = 1,000 points, etc.

Move the slider or adjust the points to choose your discount amount

Step 3: apply your code at checkout

Copy your discount code and paste it in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” section at checkout.

Rewards code cannot be used with other discount codes or with any bundle purchases.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, all purchases made from the date and time the rewards program was installed on the PPP Shop will be eligible.

Points are issued when the gift card is used to make a purchase, not when the gift card is initially purchased. Please note that this is done to prevent points from being awarded twice during the gift card purchase process.

The reward discount is considered a discount code. Our system is limited to only allow one coupon code during checkout.

The bundles are discounted using a discount code. Unfortunately due to this, the reward discount code cannot also be used in this transaction.

No. All of the rewards (referral and points redeemed for a reward) are considered a discount code. Our system is limited to only allow one reward code during checkout.

At this time, we are unable to offer a refund or credit when a reward code has not been redeemed at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, no. We cannot merge rewards accounts or add points from other purchases to another rewards account.

Login to your PPP Shop account.

  • Click on the Ways to earn section in the PPP Perks popup box. 
  • Click the Edit Date button next to "Happy Birthday." 
  • Enter the date.

    Now wait for your happy birthday gift from us on your birthday! 

Your birthday points are added on your birthday as a gift from us. It must be added 30 days before your birthday to be eligible and cannot be changed once your first birthday reward is issued.

Unfortunately, we are unable to merge or combine accounts at this time. 

Once the points have been used or exchanged for a rewards code we cannot cancel or reverse codes.
