I love crockpot venues. The Tex Mex breakfast casserole is a home favorite!

    ANOTHER GREAT BOX!!!

If you enjoy using a crockpot or were initially hesitant like me but ended up loving them, you'll really realize how awesome they are with this second edition box. There is so much goodness, just like the first one.

    Very nice

Very nice to have when you have to work so late. Just dump in and go to work. Dinner is done when you get home.

    Slow Cooker Volume 2

This was my first PPP recipe box purchase. They have some amazing recipes in here and I LOVE that they include desserts, too! Our favorite so far has been the Chiles Rellenos, week 9. Actually, most of week 9 have been my favorites.

I recently adapted this recipe to stove top as well, turned out great! Left a bit more crunch to the pepper, which I prefer. The sausage and waffle bake was one I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, it over cooked after following the cooking time. That has been the one frustrating aspect of the slow cooker recipes. Adapting the cooking times to best fit our crockpot. It has made some recipes I had been looking forward to, a fail. Which feels wasteful. Definitely recommend trying each recipe for the first time on days where you can babysit them to make sure you don't over cook, per your crockpot.
