Returns and Refunds

 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns. Customers must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Once your request is received, we will provide the mailing address for returning your product(s).

As a small business, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping. All returns must be received at our facility within 14 days of the return request date.

Refunds on Physical Products

Returned items must be in brand-new condition, free of writing, noticeable damage, or wear. Items must also include their original packaging, such as custom mailer boxes, bubble wrap, or polybags that protect the product. These materials are required to ensure the item arrives in resellable condition.

Our third-party warehouse will inspect each item individually upon receipt. Once inspection is complete, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued minus a $10 restocking fee and applied to your original payment method.

Refunds on Digital Products

All digital product purchases are intangible and considered "used" once downloaded or opened. Refunds are only available if you are upgrading to a physical product.

 

Refunds on Membership Products

Due to the nature of membership products, refunds are not available once purchased. You may cancel your membership directly through your membership portal (log in here). Once you've canceled, you'll continue to have access to your dashboard throughout the remainder of your term.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

Order Changes

Our shipping partners process orders very quickly. Because of this, we can only make changes before your order is submitted through our shop.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If an order ships to the wrong address and requires re-shipment or re-routing, an additional shipping fee may apply.

Damaged Item

For the fastest resolution, pleaseplace the item on a flat surface andtake a clear photo of the damage, and email it to our customer service team at shop@passionatepennypincher.com
