ALL of these menu packs are fabulous!! If you obviously are gluten free I would highly suggest getting this one. Personally I like the boxes better than the PDF. BUT...the PDF is less expensive & they are great to search. Like if you want a recipient with beef or chicken you can just search the entire file for those items. 🙃
