The Low Calorie Menu Plan has 12 weekly menus containing 72 recipes that are low in calories. Each recipe has fewer than 500 calories and 40 recipes contain 15 net carbs or less per serving!

All recipes have been entered into My Fitness Pal. Just search for the recipe name and use “PPP” as the brand name to find the recipe and add to your daily food log.

The recipe cards include step-by-step instructions, serving sizes, calorie counts and net carbs.* All of the recipes use a variety of proteins and cooking methods. You’ll find slow cooker, stove-top, one-skillet meals, grilling and oven recipes throughout the menu plan. 

The shopping list for each menu will make grocery shopping a breeze (whether you shop in-store or on an app). All of the ingredients needed to make each recipe are on the list. The grocery shopping list is a dry-erase card so it can be marked up and reused.

    I got this box because I try to watch my calories but I can make these meals and my family enjoys them too! They don't even know they are low calorie!

    Easy and delicious

    I have seen these menu boxes for a long time, and I’ve thought to myself, I have a pretty good plan for food regularly, and I am extremely capable of looking up recipes online and making delicious meals, but this box is changing everything. We needed a consistent healthy menu plan, while I was making tasty food before, it wasn’t always healthy! Now it’s all laid out in front of me. I can meal plan without searching endlessly for options, and the grocery list is right there easy to use and organized so I don’t have to run down the same isle at the grocery store because I forgot something I didn’t see somewhere else in the list. I could go on about how great it is to have this ease of use, but can we talk about the food? I just made the week 4 dinner, a balsamic chicken and sweet potato dinner and it was amazing! So full of flavor! Last week it was the week 5 honey roasted pork tenderloin and asparagus. I’m ready for more!!! Pairing this menu boxes with my PPP home planner makes completing my checklists fun and exciting! I need reminders and lists, and this is easy and amazing!

    New Year - New Menu

    Trying to drop some weight for the new year, so I purchased this box. So far it's been wonderful. There have been some really great recipes, and there hasn't been anything I didn't like. And it is so easy to create a grocery list!
