All recipes have been entered into My Fitness Pal. Just search for the recipe name and use “PPP” as the brand name to find the recipe and add to your daily food log.

The recipe cards include step-by-step instructions, serving sizes, calorie counts and net carbs.* All of the recipes use a variety of proteins and cooking methods. You’ll find slow cooker, stove-top, one-skillet meals, grilling and oven recipes throughout the menu plan. 

The shopping list for each menu will make grocery shopping a breeze (whether you shop in-store or on an app). All of the ingredients needed to make each recipe are on the list. The grocery shopping list is a dry-erase card so it can be marked up and reused.

    Wish I had found this years ago!

    I am now almost an empty nester. I have always despised the grocery shopping/planning part of meal prep. This menu plan pack is a game changer. It takes away all of the things I hated about meal planning. The meals are quick and delicious. Don’t hesitate - order this today.     Food Choices at my Fingertips

    I am enjoying these recipe boxes. I prefer to mix and match the Low Calorie box with the whole Food Box. I’m shocked that my family and I all LOVED the Sausage and Onion sandwich. It tasted much better than it sounded! I’m still on week 1, mixing and pulling out recipes that fit with ingredients already have. Week 2 is coming up. I’m so relieved to have solved the “What do we Eat?” dilemma. Thank you!

    Beautiful & convenient but room for improvement

    We love the convenience of these weekly plans and the recipes are pretty tasty, however, for a low-calorie focused plan, some tweaks should be considered. Many of the recipes call for large quantities of olive oil, full-fat cheese, butter, etc.. This might be great for keto-focused eaters, but if it’s low-cal we’re after here, some simple swaps for these calorically-dense ingredients would make a huge difference in the overall count. I typically use about 1/4 of the suggested oil or cheese, bulk it up with extra veggies and we have a filling, delicious, even lower calorie dinner. Thanks for great basics, though!
