Refund Policy

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns, however, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipping. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the return shipping fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

ORDER CHANGES

Our shipping partners are very fast and orders are processed immediately once they are received. As a result, we are unable to make any changes to order details once an order is submitted through our shop. 

Please double check your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. 

DAMAGED ITEM

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating any damage to the product. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the damages clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future production.

SCRATCH & DENT SALES

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Unfortunately scratch & dent items cannot be replaced or refunded since all sales are final as noted on the product listing.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email shop@passionatepennypincher.com, and we will discuss the return of the damaged item.

SHIPPING

To return your product, all products can be mailed to our HQ location. The address will be given at the time of the RMA notice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We provide return shipping labels with all costs paid for by the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
